Please order on Monday to Friday from 9am - 12 pm (AEDT) for next available day pick up or next available delivery*. The office is closed on the weekends. Note that certain cakes as well as orders with large quantities may take different production times so best to call the office to check on availability.

We only provide deliveries to wholesale accounts. Feel free to call the office if you would like us to check on some areas that may stock our products.

Yes we have a minimum value to be able to offer free delivery in Melbourne metro and some other areas. Call or email us to enquire.

Our cakes are available in three sizes and the recommended portion size will produce roughly the following quantities:
11'/12'       25 - 30 serves
9/10"        15 - 18 serves
7"               6 - 8 serves

Please note that dessert cakes need to be kept refrigerated between 3-5 degrees and have a shelf life of 7 days (exceptions apply). Some products are better when served at room temperature or when warmed up.

For a clean cut, warm up a long serrated knife by dipping in hot water, then quickly wipe it dry and proceed with cutting each slice.

Marks Quality Cakes team has worked hard to provide high quality products for 30 years. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU CHECK YOUR ORDER AT THE TIME OF RECEIVING IT! However should you have any issues, please notify us within 3 days from pick up date.
